The composite aluminum plate, strip and foil uses vacuum brazing technology. The process characteristic is that a layer of brazing alloy alloy is required on the surface of the heat dissipation fin. The thickness of the coating layer is usually about 10% of the total thickness of the composite material, and its melting point should be higher than that of the base aluminum alloy. The melting point of the base alloy is about 50℃, the melting point of the base alloy is 630℃~660℃, and the melting point of the coating layer is 580℃~610℃. Therefore, after the assembled heat exchanger is kept in a furnace at about 600°C for a certain period of time, the fin base alloy will not melt, but the Al-Si alloy cladding layer used as brazing material will melt, and it will be firm after cooling.
