The outer layer is aa4045 alloy, the middle two layers are AA3003 alloy and the innermost layer is mod6060 alloy. After the surface is cleaned, it is welded by sub arc welding, hot rolling and cold rolling, According to the cold working rate of 20% ~ 30%, process to the predetermined thickness of 1.5 ~ 2.5mm, recrystallize and anneal at this thickness, the annealing temperature is 405 ℃ ~ 415, hold for 2 ~ 3 hours, and then straighten and shear the finished product after being discharged from the furnace. The functions of each layer of alloy are: aa4045 alloy mainly plays the role of welding, AA3003 alloy plays the role of isolation, and mod6060 alloy plays the role of aging strengthening, strength enhancement and collapse resistance.
